Mil viajes
Hoy te abro un pedacito de mí. Sin más, sin introducción ni preámbulo. Sin intención ni adorno. Hace unos meses empecé a meditar a diario. Meditar te permite volver a tu centro, a recordar quién eres. Self-knowledge enables self-love.
“I love myself and I let the light of the moon and the stars come in, the light of the moon and the stars reminds me that my dark sides are important, a mountain is not without its valleys, they also remind me that my dark sides allow me to connect more deeply with others, a mountain is connected to another mountain through their shared valleys. I love myself and I let the light of the sun come in, the light of the sun reminds me that I should stay true to my essence, my essence will serve as inspiration to others who came to experience the same values as myself, a shared river is also a way to connect two mountains. the light of the sun reminds me that pursuing my purpose will help me develop my gifts as well, and it is by developing these gifts that I will be able to best serve my family, community and land, this is the virtuous cycle of life. I love my energy, my energy is the essence that makes me unique, my energy gives me purpose and is connected to the rest of the universe because they are made of the same elements, therefore my energy, who I am, knows no death, just like the universe. I love my body, my body is the temple that allows me to achieve my purpose in this one life, my body allows me to experience the emotions of this life, I will take care of my body and be grateful for it, I’m grateful for my limbs because they allow me to explore this world, I’m grateful for my organs because they allow me to stay alive, I’m grateful for my senses because they allow me to experience this world. the universe has given me purpose in the form of two wings, one is the wing of freedom, my wing of freedom allows me to travel horizontally and venture into the unknown and explore all the corners of this world, my wing of love allows me to travel vertically and connect at a deeper level with my land, my family and my community, both wings are powered by my gifts, my wing of freedom is enabled by my gift of playfulness and curiosity which keeps me foolish and playful even as an adult, my wing of love is enabled by my gift of creation which allows me to build the foundations of my belonging (without possession) to my family, community and land. I love myself, and I let go of all fear and conditioning, I love myself, and I let go of all fear and conditioning, I love myself, and I let go of all fear and conditioning”
I’m grateful for today, tomorrow we shall try again”.
